Please bring a computer or tablet — these are working sessions! To prepare, please also read the recommended brief (15-minute read) and come prepared to discuss.

Each LEA/District has been assigned to a cohort - you can check to see your cohort assignment here. Cohorts 1-3 will be at the UT Commons Conference Center all three days; Cohorts 4-5 will start at the UT Commons Conference Center on Monday morning, and then move to the Renaissance Hotel for Monday afternoon and all of Tuesday and Wednesday. We are offering a complimentary shuttle from 12:00-1:30 on Monday to help with the transfer from the Commons to the Renaissance.

Please download the Sched app (our event app). You can select your cohort breakouts and have all the conference information at your fingertips! Session surveys and feedback will be distributed via Sched.

We will start Monday morning with a Roll Call for all the districts and LEAs participating in the Summer Institute! Come dressed in your school spirit and ready to cheer for your team!

Wifi is available to conference attendees at both the Commons and Renaissance. Attendees are responsible for all transportation, dining and lodging. Your GYO Grant Manager should have information about grant funds that can be used to cover travel costs.
